Cancellation Policy
All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand dollars. All trips are confirmed on receipt of payment. Package times are approximates only. All package times include transfer from plane to boat and travel back to Taupo. All tariffs are per Trip. A minimum of four hours charter is required for these prices, for all trips. Flights, charters, exact routes and fishing spots are subject to weather and at the sole discretion of the skipper or pilot in order to maintain safety for both passengers and vessel. The boat can carry up to 4 passengers, weight restrictions do apply. We require total combined passenger’s weight. If individual passenger weight exceeds 110kg it is imperative that our office is informed prior to the flight. This is a Civil Aviation and Aircraft Manufacture requirement to ensure our aircraft operate with in its weight and balance limitations. Failure to supply accurate combined weights could result in your departure time being altered or in some instances additional costs being applied. Standard tariff applies up to a maximum individual passenger weight of 110kg. Fishing licenses are your responsibility, they are available online from Department of conservation, please email a copy to us prior to your trip or have a license available to present to the skipper on the day of departure. Children MUST be accompanied by at least one adult To the extent permitted by law, either organization accepts no responsibility for any loss or injury resulting from a failure to follow provided advice or safety guidance. Individuals are responsible for their own actions and are expected to exercise reasonable care at all times. Fuel surcharges may apply. CANCELLTION POLICY All prices shown in this website are in New Zealand dollars. To receive a full refund, you must cancel outside of 24 hours prior to departure. If you wish to reschedule, you must contact us outside of the 24 hours prior to your departure. If you cancel within the 24 hours before your departure you will be charged 50% of your booked trip. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your booked trip you could be charged up to 50% of your booked trip. We reserve the right to cancel your trip at any time due to weather and safety precautions.
